Experiential workshop for women

Hi {ContactFirstName},

Springtime is about renewal, reinvigoration and rebirth. Springtime is finally me time…. the perfect time for a WAM (What About Me?) Workshop, April 24-26, 2015.

With the help of nature’s most intuitive beast — the majestic horse - I've designed a one-of-a-kind program that helps participants cut through the clutter of everyday life and establish fresh, achievable goals and priorities for a more meaningful, joyful, clear-minded life.

Believe it or not, you’re probably sending mixed messages whenever you try to express what you want.  Your words say one thing, your tone says another, and your body language keeps throwing curves. So you need objective feedback. You need it straight from the horse’s mouth. Literally.

At the WAM Workshop, you will learn how to improve the relationship you have with yourself, understand what gets in the way of the life you desire, create stability and happiness in your life, and develop healthier relationships with others. You will interact with and learn from other women, along with nature's greatest teacher: the horse.

Wild Winds Buffalo Preserve (www.wildwindsbuffalo.net) in Fremont, IN is hosting this personal development workshop for women.  Wild Winds Preserve was established by retired oral surgeon John Trippy as a place for revitalizing the heritage buffalo population. But it has also become a place of communal gathering for spiritual enlightenment and recharge, healing and peace. It’s a wild and rustic environment on more than 425 acres in which to learn.

Anticipating the life-changing outcomes to be realized during the WAM Workshop, I encourage you to pull yourself away for just one weekend in order to enjoy a much-needed retreat in nature. If you’ve ever asked yourself, ‘When do I get time for myself?" "Why does it seem everyone gets what they want but me?’ ‘Why can’t I say no to people?’ ‘When will I find that person who makes me happy?’ ‘If I want it done right, I have to do it myself.’ Or ‘Why are my relationships so difficult?’ …Then it’s time to make a change for YOU!”

During the WAM Workshop, you can leave your work, troubles, and obligations behind for a life-changing experience in a challenging, yet fun environment. Focused activities and discussions are designed to heighten personal awareness and increase your ability to take charge of your life and relationships by:
• Learning what boundaries are and how they affect your life
• Recognizing what keeps you stuck in a rut
• Identifying patterns that keep you from being happy
• Learning how to create and maintain healthy relationships
• Experiencing what balance in your life feels like
• Learning how to lower the stress
• Experiencing the benefits of clear and consistent communication
• Learning to say "no" or "yes" (and mean it)

All women are welcome. No horse experience is needed. This is not a riding course; no riding is involved and all activities are conducted on the ground. For a sneak peek, video is available online at

The WAM Workshop begins at 4 p.m. on Friday, April 24 and concludes at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 26. Held at Wild Winds Buffalo Preserve in Fremont, IN, the weekend includes two nights at the White Pine Lodge, meals and beverages, workshop activities with the horses, and an intimate look into the buffalo herd experience. The package also includes follow-up coaching calls to move you into sustained action.

If you would like to cast your gaze upon rolling acres of lolling buffalo as springtime awakens you to new horizons, answer the call to attend the WAM Workshop.

The early bird registration fee is $545 through March 1, 2015;
$595 thereafter.

Space is limited to 12, so early registration is encouraged.
